Bahasa Rojak - ALLY TV3

OK. Malam ni layan program ALLY. Membincangkan “bahasa rojak”. Kenapa? Bagaimana? Apa kesan? Dan sebagainya.

So, saya pun nak goreng jugaklah. Well, terang-terangan saya juga guna bahasa rojak. So of course saya tak kan kata bahasa rojak tak bagus. tapi.... teruskan membaca

Punca. Bagaimana ia wujud?

Bahasa rojak yang di guna kini, mari kita check few of them.

English terms, ini tidak dapat dielakkan.

Perak, “depa” wujud hasil perkataan “they people”. Bahasa inggeris DAN dipendekkan. Terengganu, “slow” digunakan semua sejak dulu jarang sangat digunakan “perlahan”.

Bahayakah bahasa rojak?

SureHeboh diminta tukar jadi Jom Heboh. Bagus!! Syabas!! ALLY pulak dah sound Rakan Cop dan Rakan Fish kena la jugak tukar, bagi adil. Ahha, betul tu!!
Universiti Darul Iman Malaysia, kenapa akronimnya UDM??????? UDIM la…bukan UDM…. Bahasa kan memestikan penjarakkan 2 perkataan berbeza. Darul Iman. Bukan Daruliman. Jadi Universiti Darul Iman Malaysia. U.D.I.M. Perbetulkan!!

Gerhana Matahari 26Jan

I still remember the last time I had the chance to witness this phenomenon was somewhere in 90s...late 90s I would say...

I only heard about it yesterday (25th Jan)...

OK.

Hanya 80% ditutupi.

O well, bilakah next gerhana??

MU vs Spurs FA Cup

Watching this game was a crazy outing. Haha.

I went as early as 9pm, to gather with some friends, because we thought the game is at 11pm. Actually it started at 1am. 3hours plus wait, and bachelors talk.

Arrived back home at 5 am. Huhu.

Stadium : Old Trafford
Date : 24 Jan 09

Score

Manchester United 2
Scholes
Berbatov

Tottenham Hotspurs 1
Payluvchenko

QUADRAPLE STILL ON!!

Tottenham opened early goal at 5th minute by a nice slice header by Roman Payluchenko.

But right after that, the game turned into the Devils play. With superb shot from Tevez, he was unlucky that one didnot went in. Also the neat pass between Welbeck and Carrick before the young striker jinked left and right in the penalty box just to get his shots blocked by a slide from Spurs defender.

Somehow, smart corner taken was fully utilised by the long-shot-Devil - Scholsy to hit hard and deflected the defender to left the goalie hopeless.

Soon after that, Carrick involved again to assist Berbatov's goal that became the winning for the match.

2nd half was a little slower, but overall the match was good. Both teams moved forwards. Even they are so many school-boy-faced players in the pitch. Haha.

MU ratings
Ben Foster
He should has at least dived for the Payluchenko's goal. He might not reach it, but when he just stood still, I think that is an indicator of his reflex level - not good enough. Other than that, he looked OK.

John O Shea
Moved from left back(previous match) to right this game and then again to the left when Eckersley came in, O Shea did very well. Good job!!

Neville
The captain played well even though he showed that he is not really a center-back player. I see him moved to the right often in the game to show how much he is used to be there. But his wide experience left him no mistake in the middle.

Vidic
He was unlucky for the goal. Through out the game, Vidic was the usual him. Very reliable.

Fabio da Silva (DEBUT)
?? Yes. It is right. Rafael's twin was in the first 11, left back. What's the different between them?? Only ONE, he plays on the left while Rafael right. The attacking threat he produced, some might want to say it was Rafael who played on the left. It was just the same. The pace. The hunger. Just imagine if we get both of them start in 1st 11. What a crazy extra threat we get from the wide side of the pitch. Fabio, unlucky that you injured again - just to join your brother in the ward. Huhu.

Welbeck
Right wing? Yes indeed. He showed no problem with that position. With the footwork, skills, speed, he was not disappointing.

Carrick
The man of the match for me. 2 assist for the 2 goals. Plus few more brilliant passes and touches. World class!!

Scholes
The veteran played well.

Ronaldo
He is being just the old him. Can I say year 2007 Ronaldo. That was him in this game.

Berbatov
He scored again. He ran a lot. He's now the Devil. Bye bye Spurs!!

Tevez
I've never seen a hardworking player like him. Chased the ball everytime. EVERYTIME. Never missed to chase it. Great pressure on their defence.

Eckersley( sub Fabio) DEBUT
He provided the natural traditional defence system back into the team. Defender defence well!! That's it. Simple. He looked comfortable, eventhough he looked small. Haha

Fletcher (sub Welbeck)
Did not effect the game much. I was not sure who positioned where after he came in. But yea, no problem for the team.

Tosic (sub Ronaldo) DEBUT
He came in a little late in the game. He looked OK. A lot more to learn. Maybe he is not used to the English game yet. But no mistake.

Bolton vs Man Utd (EPL)

Stadium : Bolton home

Score
Man Utd 1

Bolton 0

BN vs PAS

After been outside for the whole day since 8am to observe the panorama of the election, I went back home at about 1045pm just to know that game start at 11.

Anyway, I was just few minutes late.

Overall, I would rate that Bolton did really well to return back for defence through out the game everytime United attack. That proved enough as many long shots from United never reach the goal keeper, as too many blockers were there. Anderson, Carrick Scholes made the attempts but never meet the net.

United's attact looking good. Middle is functioning. Defence also made good work. It was a balance game also as Bolton made few attempts that required Van der Saar to stretch his long arm out.

Player rating
Van der Saar
Excelent!!

Vidic
He played very well in the middle

Evans
He proved that he is now ready for the high level game. Played against Chelsea, Wigan then Bolton with injury worry, he did very very well. Is he 20? I can't believe it.

O Shea
He is showing is real ability at left back in this game.

Neville
There will be no space for Rafael if Neville keep playing like this. He is showing the game that age is not a matter.

Fletcher
He played well and help the defence a lot.

Anderson
He still unlucky for not meeting the net.

Carrick
He got few shots blocked. Anyway he was lively through out the game.

Ronaldo
He has got back his super movement. Tricky and fast. But where is THE SHOT??]

Tevez
Same with Evans, he played very well, till the end. He has lot to prove, and he is proving it.

Berbatov
I rate this game was his best performance as the Devils. He played United-way this time. Not lazy anymore chasing the ball. And with the intelligent passes he already had, he was worth it.

Sub
Giggs for Fletcher
Good to keep the moving and expand the width of the game. Added more attack flavor to the game.

Scholes for Anderson
Good game.

Selamatkan Palestin!!

Pesanan Pemimpin Hamas

Pesanan Dr Khalil al-Haya mewakili HAMAS

Sehinggalah
di pertengahan 80'an.

Kami mengharapkan agar anda bersikap pro-aktif. Kami mengharapkan agar anda
menyumbang USD 1 (RM 3.60) setahun sahaja untuk menanggung kesengsaraan
rakyat Palestin.

masyarakat Malaysia, termasuk pertubuhan-pertubuhan bukan Islam

Allah Akbar!!!

Saudaramu,
Khalil Ismail al-Haya
Ketua Whip HAMAS di Majlis Legaslatif
Palestin

Manchester United vs Chelsea (league)

Date : 11 Jan 2009

Stadium : Old Trafford

Score

ManUtd 3

Vidic

Rooney

Berbatov

Chelsea 0

Fantastic performance from the Devils.

First half was actually balance but Chelsea never had any clear opportunities. Every department looked fine for both teams. The match was rough after 30 minutes. On the half time, United got their first goal through Ronaldo, but denied by the blind linesman. Rooney smartly moved the ball from corner zone, and leave like he hasn’t kicked it for Giggs to grab an easy cross to the unprepared Blues and Ronaldo headed goal. While the Blues’ crowd boooing Ronaldo for that goal, Giggs’ corner missed Berbatov’s head just for Vidic to grab another goal for the himself this season..

Second half was dominated by the Devils. There were few incidents that should be given penalty for both sides, but none was given. Fair enough then. Chelsea was hardly get to control the ball long enough. And Ronaldo’s trick worked out when his flick met on-the-run Evra to cross, and Rooney put his leg in between Carvalho’s to snatch a goal. 2-0. Ronaldo also had few chances through free kicks, but none gave him a goal. But one gave United goal, when Berbatov coolly slot the ball in.

Players rating

United

Van Der Saar – Nothing dangerous for him because Drogba was off-form and Anelka never get the ball. Haha.

Gary Neville – are you sure he is 30+?? He looks too young to be at that age. Haha. Good game. Rafael got back his competitor now.

Vidic – He scored again. Clean sheet and scoring. What more can you ask from a central defender??

Evans – I’d rate him as big-match-player. Even his performance in easy games before this showed some inconsistency in focus, he did nothing wrong tonight. Brilliant game.

Evra – great play on the left. There was no threat from Chelsea’s right, so Evra was found troubling Chelsea’s defense more.

Ronaldo – he’s got his game like how he used to be before the operation.

Giggs – the veteran showed his ability to hold the play in the center

Fletcher – Guarded United’s center very well.

Park – He was the star in the first half – on the left. Up and down like he bring along a gas tank.

Rooney – he should always appear in the first 11.

Berbatov – again he did not show his appetite for goals much, but he was proven useful for the team.

O’Shea (sub Evra) – He did well.

Carrick (sub Giggs) – No mistake.

Chelsea

Cech – He could have saved the first and 2nd goal.

Deco – Was he playing? Did not make an influence to the game.

Ballack – Giggs guarded him that he could not bear to live with.

Anelka – In for Deco after half time, he also disappeared just like Deco.

Drogba – Is he a striker? Or the Devils have paid him before the game. No header went on target, plus a missed kick. Shameful.

Cole – He looked dangerous.

That’s it. GLORY GLORY MAN UTD!!!

Derby County vs ManUtd Carling Cup Semi (1st leg)

Stadium : Derby home
Date : 7 January 2009

Derby 1
Commons

Man Utd 0

Utd had a scrappy game. Even though Derby did not hold ball as much as Utd did, nor showed better performance than Utd, but their defence manage to handle Welbeck and Tevez. Utd’d midfield didn’t made any good pass to the forwards, so I think Derby deserve this win.

Lets check players rating.

Kuschak
The goalkeeper didn’t look confident. He didn’t really have to safe any balls except for the goal. He was a bit off from his position in that incident. If he is to be next Utd’s number 1, then Utd will be in danger.

O Shea
He made horrible appearance today especially in the 1st half. Untidy passes, poor ball controls. He surely wants to forget this game.

Vidic
Appeared as captain. He played well.

Evans
Again, this young defender played like last match (against Southampton). Inconsistent. Sometimes he showed high maturity, sometime he loss focus.

Rafael
He was not good as he usually is. Maybe Gibson’s positioning did not suite his style. Rafael struggled along the way until Ronaldo took Gibson’s place. Then he looked more comfortable.

Nani
He was lively as usual. But nothing special from him. Average performance.

Scholes
Good game from the only veteran on the pitch. Few shots went wide. Look comfortable at his position but did not receive good passes and did not make any space for the forwards.

Anderson
I did not see him much. Was he there? Playing deep defence might not be his place.

Gibson
I think this lad cannot play wing. Just as he gone center, he looks much more useful for the team then the previous 60 minutes he had earlier.

Welbeck
Is he still tired from the previous match? His air challenge is poor.

Tevez
He might be playing under pressure because of the transfer speculation plus the expectation that people are talking about for him to stay.

Rooney (sub Welbeck)
His appearance change the tempo up front. But maybe he was too late for it.

Ronaldo (Anderson)
He played OK. The 2 free kicks, unlucky for the first one.

Overall, they should have done better in this game. Can they win the 2nd leg at home?? .

Phone can make money

Browse around any market, or town area, or small town, or housing areas. Unbelievably lately I saw TOO MANY phone shops everywhere.

Usually, what they sell:
-mobile phone (of course)
-the cassing or housing
-phone accessories
-TelCo starter pack
-reload coupon (or reload service)
-some shop office repair service.

Let check item by item.(except for service)

Mobile phone
People don't buy it often( I mean not everyday even they use it everyday..haha)...I think the most frequent should be once a year that people change phone... I think so... Me?? I only change when the one I'm using is no longer reliable.
Oh, lets talk about money...
Price = RM70 to RM3000
profit = RM 50 to 500?? maybe... I dono...I don't own a phone shop.

Casing / housing
Once a week? Once a month? few times a year?? something like that...
Price = RM 5 to RM 30?? somewhere there aite??
profit = RM 2 to RM 10.... i guess so..

Accessories
Once for a phone...maybe few...
price = ori 50 to 500....fake 5 to 30??
profit = RM 2 to 100??

starter pack
haha...people buy once in a life time...unless they lost it...Max i think 3...u know, for 3 TelCO, so whoever has more than one phone might use few numbers...like myself, I'm using MAxis and Celcom.
Price = RM 2?? to 15?? special number 500??
profit + I seriously dono what to predict.

Reload
Some people reload everyday. and obviously people using it everyday....
Price = RM 5 to RM 100
Profit = Max of 4% from the original price. so, RM 0.02 to RM4.00

OK. Here is the issue. I'm not gonna talk about those big big ( or even small) shops in town(aka in crowded area). My focus here is, those small shops in housing area.

How they survive is my concern.
By selling phone?? Trust me, people(MOST) will go to the big shops in town to buy a new phone. WHY?? More choice. Usually they'll get better price at bigger shop..How many times per month(or per year) these shops(small) can sell a phone where they get profit around RM100??

By selling casing or accessories?? I doubt it. Look at the profit and frequency. It doesn't make sense.

Reload?? Frequency is very very high. But, profit margin for me is too small.

Lets think it this way, this is just my imagination. We take a time frame of 1 year.

Phone sold = 2per month = 24 = RM2,400
accsory/casing = 5per day = 150permonth = 1800 x RM5 = 9,000
Total for this = +-RM12000a year, = RM1,000 permonth.

What if the shop has shop assistant to pay? Electric bill?
Keep it minimum, salary = 300, bill = 50, total operating cost = 350...assuming they sell it at their house(shop-house)....
net profit = 650 permonth? enough??

I guess, today's living cost for a family should be a minimum of 1500 permonth (outside city area)...
So the seller less of around rm1000 to cover the remaining.

take maximum 4% margin for reload sales.
4% to reach 1000, the seller needs to sell RM 25000 reload(a month)....so RM800 perday roughly...taking the most famous reload is RM10 reload, the shop has to be visited by 80 customers. Hmmm...With such competition around the area, 80 people I think is a big number to achieve. I dono what you think.

I just had this thought in mind about WHY those shops are opened. That's all. CUriousity. There must be reason for it. It must be very profitable that everyone opening it, and the numbers keep going.

Check http://prepaid4u.net/?id=tompoq for surprise answer!!!

Handphone, Reload, Money

1990's, who ever is using a handphone, he gotta be somebody. Bussiness man, rich guy. Remember a phone that is a size of water bottle??
The technology grows too fast that after one decade, handphone got relatively-extremely smaller. Today phone can be smaller your palm.
I remember my first phone is Nokia 3310. Given by my dad in 2003, as I was about to enter Uni life and will live away from home. The 3310 was actually his, as he got a new one for himself.
I changed phone few times. After the 3310, my mom's 8210, 2nd-hand 3210. My first first-hand (NEW) phone was 3200 bought in 2005. Next was 3230 in 2207 (again, this is 2nd hand). And my latest and current phone in use is Nokia 3120 Classic(bought as NEW).
O well, yes they are ALL Nokia, and only one was not the 3xx series. Actually it was coincident. Phone that I was intended to buy, but never did include some from 6xx series like 6600, 6310, 6320 and such.

Back to general thought, today these phones are not only used for calling(communication only). They are multimedia gadget. Music player, video player, camera, electronic planner. It is not wrong if I say, it is used for EVERYTHING. And it doesn’t cost us much for all that.

Like my own Nokia 3120C, the camera is 2.0 megapix. Default application included the MP4 players(music and video). Games – of course. In can read memory card, mine is 1GB. Price = RM500 in October 2008.

Since that these phones today can be used for ANYTHING. This means I can talk about anything here. But, let just take a bit here and there. Maybe in the next post I can go details part by part. Haha.

O well, latest in Harian Metro revealed the pornography activity is misusing this technology. Of course. It’s too cheap to make an amateur movie now. The camera plus the film, less than 500, unlimited length, actor/actress = free. Hmmm… So advnce technology is a social issue if we look at this situation. I know there are lots of other perspectives can be looked into.

Enough with the phone. I can’t remember from where I read, but that statistic did mention that most mobile phone users in Malaysia are using the pre-paid package rather than post paid. WHY??

- Maybe to avoid extra usage = extra bills to pay

- To limits children usage with it, so parents can stop the excess – MAYBE.

- Cheap starter pack.

What else?

RM 140 million is used for SMS everyday? Are you sure? I’m not sure. I think that’s the number I saw few days back. WOW. Correct me if I’m wrong. Haha.

So, phone business + reload business is a good business nowadays huh??

Take a look at the situation.

Manchester United vs Southampton FA Cup

Match Review

Southampton vs Manchester United
FA Cup
4 April 2009
St. Mary Stadium

Final Score
Manchester United 3
Danny Welbeck

Darren Gibson

Southampton 0

United Defeat 10-men Southampton

I would rate United’s overall performance as OK. They hold the possession all the way throughout the game. Opposition didn’t really threaten them. The opponent’s game was destroyed after their player got sent off. The dangerous tackle, no doubt is a red card. Somehow I feel United were too much protected through out the game. Referee sided United on few occasions, and some cards are unnecessary I think. But 3-0 is a fair reflection of how much United control the game.

Players rating
Van Der Saar
He had an easy game. There wasn’t any clear cut chance that needs him to really fly anywhere for saves.

Gary Neville
The usual him. He leads the Reds very well. Few overlaps were made.

Nemanja Vidic
He control the heart of the defence. No mistake from him.

J. Evans
This young central defender played to fill-in the vacancy of back-injured Rio Ferdinand. Although he made good display, there were times when he seems to lost his concentration. Poor passes. Untidy clearance where the ball easily given to opponent. If he plays like that against big teams, United will be in trouble.

John O’Shea
He played OK. There were few poor passes. But since no danger ever came from the side, so it never effected the team. His header brought the first goal as Welbeck headed the bounce.

Nani
He started as right wing. But as usual, United’s never stick in one position in front. So, Nani made himself shine in this game. 2 free kicks from same spot. First one gave him the penalty when he scored then. 2nd free was good, but didn’t kill a bird. He’s lively tonight.
Anderson
This boy is still unlucky. Goal seems like will never come for him as a Red. He made few long shots that went wide. Other than that, he played well in the center to keep ball moving.

Carrick
He had a decent game. There was a very obvious chance when the flick over the goalie, but defender manage to clear the ball before he hits it.

Ryan Giggs
The legend had a quiet game tonight. But no mistake. So, he’s fine.

Berbatov
I am still questioning Fergie’s relevant with this expensive purchase. He looks lazy, and did not take a shot. Common man, you are a striker. Strike! Somehow, he played well in distributing the ball around. Good job for that.

Danny Welbeck
He’s telling the world, “hey, I’m here. Your striker”. 2 senior appearances, 2 goals. What more can you ask from a young striker. Eventhough he was offside when O’Shea headed the ball. Haha. Other than that, he looks lively, like he’s been in the first team for few seasons already.

Gibson (sub Carrick)
He came and scored a scorcher. Congrats for that. Thanks to Rooney’s smart pass. But his ball control is untidy. Maybe that’s because he still nervous. So boy, lot more to learn before you can start 11.

Possebon (Sub Giggs)
He looks nervous. Seriously. His first appearance after the nasty tackle he had in Carling Cup few months back. He needs more confident and his positioning is awkward. But the possession is OK, and passes got better as time wore on.

Rooner (sub Welbeck)
Came in and made the difference in front. His brilliant pass gave Gibson’s first senior goal.

Glory Glory for quadraple!!!

Legend #11 - Ryan Giggs

Check these facts of a legendary number 11 - Giggsy

RYAN GIGGS.... He’s won it ten times

Winning a tenth Premier League
title, scoring the title-confirming goal and equalling Sir Bobby
Charlton’s appearances record… Sunday 11 May was a memorable day at the
office for Ryan Giggs.

Here we tell the story of his ten titles, from the unforgettable first when he was aged just 19…

1992/93 - 40(1) games, 9 goals
The
wiry, inexperienced kid who missed out on the First Division title the
previous season helped the Reds become the first Premier League
winners. His most spectacular goal came in the 1-1 draw against Spurs
at White Hart Lane - a mazy dribble, exquisitely finished - and he
struck an unstoppable free-kick in the 3-1 win over Blackburn in the
final home game.

1993/94 - 32 (6) games, 13 goals
Giggs’
two goals in East Anglia were crucial to this second Premier League
success. At Norwich his (and United’s) first goal of the season got the
Reds off to a flier, then 10 months later he netted the winning goal at
Ipswich, a victory that clinched the title. In between times he created
and scored plenty more, registering his highest tally for league goals
in a season.

1995/96 - 30(3) games, 11 goals
‘The Kids’ wrapped
up the double and, despite being only 23, Giggsy was one of the side’s
relative veterans. His winning goal at Everton early in the season
steadied the ship and his superb 20-yard winner against City at Maine
Road kept United’s title charge on course. Last day victory at the
Riverside - with Ryan scoring the third - saw the Reds pip Newcastle to
the title.

1996/97 - 25(1) games, 3 goals

While
our Ryan didn’t score the number of goals his overall contribution
deserved, he still more than earned his fourth league winners’ medal.
It is no coincidence that he was injured when the side suffered its
worst run of results - three successive defeats in late October / early
November.

1998/99 - 20(4) games, 3 goals
Competition
for his place in the team, presented by Swedish international Jesper
Blomqvist, brought the best out of Ryan. He memorably scored in two
semi-finals - at home to Juventus in the Champions League and against
Arsenal in the FA Cup replay - but his solo effort away at Coventry was
also vital in the league leg of the Treble.

1999/00 - 30 games, 6 goals
The Welshman was in
his prime - destroying defences with his quick feet, perfectly balanced
dribbling and raw pace. Widely regarded as the best left-sided
midfielder in world football, he produced top displays on a weekly
basis. The pick of these was his two-goal display in the 4-2 win
against West Ham at Upton Park.

2000/01 - 24(7) games, 5 goals
“This
time in second gear” sang the supporters after United made it three
titles in a row (at a canter) but there was nothing low-key about
Giggs’ contribution. Though his delicate hamstrings again limited him
to fewer appearances than he’d have liked, he was again a vital
contributor. Fittingly he scored in the home win that secured the
title, 4-1 against Coventry, with a looping header.

2002/03 - 32(4) games, 8 goals
It
started well and finished well but it’s fair to say this wasn’t Ryan’s
best season. Having scored in two of the first three games - at Chelsea
and Sunderland - it was not until the final run-in that he really came
to the boil. Though not famed for his aerial prowess, it was his
equalising header at Highbury that kept Arsenal at bay. Three games
later, the title was ours.

2006/07 - 25(5) games, 4 goals
Every title-winning
season has a key game, one that is later looked back on as crucial, and
for Ryan’s ninth title, it was Fulham away. Best remembered for
Ronaldo’s late winner, this fixture also featured a great equaliser
from Giggs - a delicate left-foot volley across the keeper. It was one
of many excellent displays during a season in which he played on the
wing, in the middle and up front.

2007/08 - 26(5) games, 3 goals
Unmarked
on the edge of the Wigan penalty area, substitute Ryan receives a pass
from Wayne Rooney and slots home the ball effortlessly to send United
fans the world over into raptures. At the final whistle, the away fans
at the JJB serenaded the Welshman with “That boy Giggsy, he’s won it
ten times.”

2008/09
He's also now a World Champion. And there are more to come. He'll reach his special number - 11!!!!

What Brought Me Here? - Blogstarz

As new year resolution is to get something from internet, it happened that I read Harian Metro on 1stJanuary, and Blogstarz made their ads there. With no time, I checked what is it and surprisingly it looks OK at the beginning.

But, as precaution act, I did some search on yahoo using "blogstarz" as the keywords, and I found few blogs by others that talk about the said site. Most of them are condemning it, and some gives a very dubious pictures about it. So, it sounds risky to me though to invest some money to have my own domain on a site.

But all those blogs gave me the illustration that I can still get all the benefits promised by Blogstarz, with less fee. So I decide to seek for none!! haha. Smart isn't it?

Comments made:

It has MLM style of structure to earn money (third income)

The developer lied on the capital status (in Harian Metro and the site claimed they have 5million covered, but some sources said it is only RM2 site).

So, poeple are arguing about this. Blogstarz vs other bloggers.

My personal opinion, as I surfed to few of the Blogstarz blogsite, the site is very disorganised, looks tooo happening (haha), and the users there are promoting a dubious scheme - FOR ME. So, I'd rather not taking the risk of my RM99.

Therefore, my seek of other options brought me here.

Your comments are very much welcomed. But people, don't fight here!! Hehe. Peace.

New Year 2009 - Time to Kick On

WELL....

Welcome to this amateur blog. The first one ever from me - Mr. Tom.

and I believe it is still not too late to wish everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!!!!

Where and what to begin with is always a problem, so do I. So why don't let me start with a brief of personal introduction.

Name : Tompoq
Location : Malaysia
Job : Fulltime student
Company : Curtin University of Technology, Miri Sarawak (Chemical Engineering Degree)
Year of birth : 1985

Enough about me for the time being, I shall add more time after time when I feel required. :-)

This blog, as it is just a beginning, will present everything that come to my mind. Nothing specific. Simply because I have so much time to spend on internet until end of February. Haha.

Summer break in Australia, gives me the 3months holiday eventhough I am in Malaysia. Sounds good aite?!

Lets talk about interest. Frankly, I am not a chemical-man (but soon - God willing - will be a chemical engineer). I am more to physics stuff and Maths for sure. I have few quiz or numerical magics that I might put in here, but I still have to learn how to put it here - haha.

My main interest is actually sports in general, and one sport in specific will be football or so called soccer in America as football in English. And I think more than half of the posts in here will be talking about football.

Lets get it straight, I am fan of Manchester United. I watch English football a lot. I do follow European football. I used to follow Malaysian football when I was kid, but not much now.

Politic is also a possible discussion as I think I am a good observer, so for so long I've been observing the flow of Malaysian politics, and maybe a bit of American.

Thanks for reading.
Keep in touch!!
